1. Payment Policy
For most day trips and airport transfers, no deposit is required at the time of booking. Full payment is due directly to the driver or guide on the day of the service.
We accept payment in:
- Cash: Euros (€), US Dollars ($), British Pounds (£), or Moroccan Dirhams (MAD).
- For larger group tours (multi-day), a deposit may be requested via PayPal or Bank Transfer to secure accommodation.
2. Cancellation Policy
We offer a flexible cancellation policy to accommodate changing travel plans:
- Free Cancellation: You may cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time of your trip or transfer.
- Late Cancellation: Cancellations made within 24 hours of the trip may be subject to a fee if specific costs (e.g., hotel bookings) have already been incurred.
- No-Show: If you do not show up for your booking without prior notice, full payment may be requested.
3. Responsibility
Morocco Local Way acts as an agent for transport companies, hotels, and other contractors. We are not liable for any injury, damage, loss, accident, delay, or irregularity which may be occasioned by reason of any defect in any vehicle or through the acts or defaults of any company or person engaged in conveying the passenger.
4. Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend that all travelers purchase comprehensive travel insurance in their home country to cover medical expenses, personal items, and trip cancellations.
